SamiChakra/Cacao Chaser features Papá Café high-altitude coffee, which is grown by small families in Olmedo, in the Province of Loja in southern Ecuador, at 1500 to 1700 feet above the sea level. Comprising Arabica coffee cherries of different varieties,  Papá Café grows its coffee under the shade, combining coffee farming with beekeeping, and masterly ferments and roasts it.
